KVKK privacy notice

This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you visit kolaxa.com and when you email us, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). The site has no accounts or forms; we do not ask you for personal data. This is a translation for information; the Turkish text prevails.

What we process, why, and on what legal basis

When you visit the site. To display pages, keep the site secure and produce aggregate visit statistics, the technical information your browser sends with each request (IP address, browser and device information, the page visited and the time) is processed automatically. No profile that identifies you is created from it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (KVKK Article 5(2)(f)).

When you email us. Your name, email address and the information in your message are processed to reply to you and to communicate with you. The legal basis is KVKK Article 5(2)(c) if your request relates to entering into a contract, and Article 5(2)(f) otherwise.

Transfers

This data is shared only for the purposes above, with the hosting and email service providers we use in Türkiye and abroad, and with competent public authorities where they request it.

Retention

We do not keep the technical logs ourselves; visit statistics are kept only as aggregate figures. Email correspondence is kept for two years after your request is resolved and then deleted; correspondence that becomes a business relationship is kept for the period required by law.

Cookies

The site does not use cookies.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly; to know the third parties it has been transferred to; to request its correction, deletion or destruction and that these be notified to those third parties; to object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Applications must be made in Turkish: in writing to the address above, or to info@kolaxa.com with a secure electronic signature or from an email address registered in our system. We resolve applications free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
